Whether you are looking for a side of beef, a Thanksgiving turkey, or just a lamb chop... we can help!

Select cut prices are different than whole or side prices, please contact us for our current price list. We also provide a form for you to fill out if you are ordering a whole, side, or quarter. This enables you to customize things like the thickness of your steaks, size of the roasts, and the number of items per package.

You can purchase our products either directly from our farm (depending on availability and time of year, please call first), or from several retail locations that offer our products for sale.

You can purchase a whole beef, a side, a hind quarter, or a front quarter for your freezer. Or you can purchase select cuts such as steaks, roasts, stew meat, sausages, and ground beef.

Beef is available year-round.

You can purchase a whole or a half lamb for your freezer. Or you can purchase select cuts such as chops, racks, legs, shanks, sausages, ground lamb, and roasts.

Meat Inspection and Licensing

You can be assured that when purchasing meat and/or eggs from us, all possible measures have been taken to ensure food safety as per the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations. Our meat is processed at a registered Meat Processing facility, and our eggs are graded at our on-site Federal Egg Grading Station N-12.

With brown and white hens, we are able to offer a full range of egg options. We sell eggs by the dozen, by the flat, or by the case (which has six flats, total of 15 dozen eggs).

We have custom printed egg cartons, so look for our logo next time you are purchasing eggs from one of our locations in Halifax, the Annapolis Valley, or along the South Shore!

Egg Grading

We are proud to be able to offer an egg grading service to local farmers in Nova Scotia! At our farm we have a registered Federal Egg Grading Station N-12, enabling us to put our own eggs through the system as per the CFIA regulations, as well as offer this service to others. Our specialized equipment washes, candles, grades, and packs all sizes of eggs in dozens or flats. All eggs sold at retail locations or used in restaurants and bakeries in Nova Scotia are required to be graded at an Egg Grading Station. If you are in need of this service in order to broaden the marketability of your locally produced eggs, please feel free to contact us!

We are 'small farm friendly' and hope to assist in maintaining the viability of small farms in Nova Scotia by offerring this one-of-a-kind service.
